What's New for 2027
The Open Enrollment Kick-Off Meeting is on October 12.
- XP Health is the new provider for vision insurance. Members can receive up to two pairs of glasses a year for free and a discount on contacts.
- Premiums have been adjusted for the medical, dental, and vision plans.
- Flexible spending account (FSA) limits are projected to increase to:
- Healthcare FSA: $3,500
- Dependent care: $7,500
- Transit: $350/month
- Watch for a new Healthy Employee Program to launch with HealthJoy in January 2027.
Open Enrollment Benefits
These benefits will be available to select in the Open Enrollment module in UKG Pro. You can only make changes to these benefits during the annual Open Enrollment period:
- Allegiance: Medical 750 and 1500 plans
- Spousal Plan: Medical reimbursement plan
- Delta Dental
- XP Health
- FSA: Elections must be made annually
- Life Insurance
- Allstate Identity Protection
- MetLife Legal Plan
- Voya
Continuing Benefits
If you are currently enrolled in these benefits, they will automatically continue into the next year. You will not see them in the Open Enrollment module. You can select or change these benefits at any time:
