What's New for 2026
- Allegiance Medical plans now include hearing aid coverage for up to $2,500 once every three years.
- Delta Dental plans now cover up to two deep cleaning/scaling appointments per year.
- Premiums have been adjusted for the medical and dental plans.
- Voluntary life insurance spouse coverage maximum has increased to $300,000.
- Flexible spending account (FSA) limits are projected to increase to:
- Healthcare FSA: $3,400
- Dependent care: $7,500
- Transit: $340/month
- Voya benefits have been enhanced with no rate changes.

Open Enrollment Benefits
These benefits will be available to select in the Open Enrollment module in UKG Pro. You can only make changes to these benefits during the annual Open Enrollment period:
- Allegiance: Medical 750 and 1500 plans
- Spousal Plan: Medical reimbursement plan
- Delta Dental
- EyeMed Vision Care
- FSA: Elections must be made annually
- Life Insurance
- Allstate Identity Protection
- MetLife Legal Plan
- Voya
Continuing Benefits
If you are currently enrolled in these benefits, they will automatically continue into the next year. You will not see them in the Open Enrollment module. You can select or change these benefits at any time:
