We continue to monitor Hurricane Helene as it makes its way across the Southeastern states. Flooding and power outages will continue to cause disruptions in many areas. It may take time for services to resume in the areas most affected by the storm. As always, our priorities are the safe transportation and stability of your patient specimens as well as the safety and well-being of our courier partners.

If your scheduled pickup or air shipment is affected in any way, a representative from the Transportation team or local courier partner will be in contact with you.

As specimens arrive, we will make every effort to maintain specimen integrity and ensure testing may be completed. Any specimen that has exceeded stability requirements will be placed on Except and ARUP will evaluate whether it can be tested with a disclaimer. Please check eExcept frequently for updates.
