ARUP Laboratories will be updating Business Reports in ARUP Connect™ with a new name and added functionality. Effective December 10, 2024, the reporting function will be called Reporting Services.
This new update will bring an easier-to-use interface and the ability to include multiple client numbers in a single report. Some of the items within Reporting Services will also be updated, including:
- The name of the Client Test Order Summary report will change to Utilization Report.
- The Custom Hotline Index will reflect immediate test changes in addition to the quarterly updates.
Note: Existing reports and report schedules will not transfer to the new interface. Users will need to export and save existing reports or run them again in the new interface. Scheduled reports will also need to be re-created.
