Due to a change in vendors, we have now launched a new online payment page for credit card and debit card payments. This change reflects some requested benefits and includes an updated interface.
Q. How will this change impact me?
- Inability to store payment information. You will not be able to self-store your payment information on the new online payment page. If you want to have your payment information stored for future use, please contact ARUP Accounts Receivable at 1-800-242-2787 ext. 2278.
- New URL. If you have bookmarked the online payment page, please update your saved bookmark to https://www.aruplab.com/payment-page. You can also access the online payment page by clicking “Make a Payment” in ARUP Connect™.
- New email server. Receipts now come from aruplaboratories@corecommerce.com. Please add this address to your contacts and list of approved senders or reach out to your IT department to ensure deliverability.
Q. What are the benefits of this change?
Ease of use. The new online payment page offers a simplified view, showing all information on one page. Once you click “Submit Payment,” you will receive an on-screen confirmation and transaction ID. Here is an example:
- Payment flexibility. Coming soon, the new online payment page will support automated clearing house (ACH) payments.
Email receipts. Receipts will be emailed automatically with each payment transaction. When making payments, you will be required to provide an email address. Here is an example email confirmation:
Q. Will there be charges or fees associated with the new payment page?
A. No. ARUP does not pass along credit card transaction fees to clients, and there will not be new charges or fees associated with the new payment page.
