Coming Soon: New Online Payment Page

Due to a change in vendor, you will soon see a new online payment page for credit card and debit card payments. This change will reflect some requested benefits and an updated interface.

The new payment page will launch on March 17, 2025. Here’s what you need to know:

Q. How will this change impact me?

  1. Inability to store payment information. You will not be able to self-store your payment information on the new online payment page. Contact ARUP Accounts Receivable at 1-800-242-2787 ext. 2278 if you want to have your payment information stored for future use. 
  2. New URL. If you have bookmarked the URL for the online payment page, you will need to update your saved bookmark to https://www.aruplab.com/payment-page. You can also access the online payment page by clicking “Make a Payment” in ARUP Connect™.
  3. New email server. Receipts will come from: aruplaboratories@corecommerce.com. Please add this address to your contacts and approved senders or reach out to your IT department to ensure deliverability. 
     

Q. What are the benefits of this change?

  1. Ease of use. The new online payment page offers a simplified view, showing all information on one page. Once you click “Submit Payment” you will receive an on-screen confirmation and transaction ID. See below for an example.

  2. Payment flexibility. Coming soon, the new online payment page will support automated clearing house (ACH) payments. Currently, ARUP clients set up ACH payments on your side of the billing system. This would eliminate that extra step and bring billing needs to one place.

  3. Email receipts. Email receipts will automatically be sent with each payment transaction. When making payments, you will be required to provide an email address. See below for an example email confirmation.

Q. Will there be charges or fees associated with the new payment page?

A. No. ARUP does not pass along credit card transaction fees to clients, and there will not be new charges or fees associated with the new payment page.
