An additional handling fee will be billed for all organisms submitted that are not in pure culture as indicated in the specimen requirements.
The following agents will be tested: ceftriaxone, clindamycin, daptomycin, doxycycline, erythromycin, gentamicin, meropenem, levofloxacin, penicillin, rifampin, trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole, and vancomycin. Selective reporting by organism and source.
