Collect: One 5 mL lt. blue (3.2% sodium citrate).
Storage/Transport Temperature: 2 mL platelet-poor plasma, frozen. (Min: 1.5 mL) Submit specimen in an ARUP Standard Transport Tube.
Unacceptable Conditions: Serum. Hemolyzed specimens. Specimens refrigerated more than 24 hours.
Stability (collection to initiation of testing): Ambient: 4 hours; Refrigerated: 24 hours; Frozen: 1 month
