CLARISPECT Multiple Myeloma MRD by Spectral Flow Cytometry 3020719

Characterize Cell Populations With Greater Confidence

Spectral flow cytometry captures emission data across the entire spectrum of light, enabling the simultaneous interrogation of more than 40 markers. By detecting all relevant markers on each cell, CLARISPECT characterizes cell populations with greater accuracy and confidence, particularly small neoplastic populations.

Attain Greater Insight With Less Sample Volume

Bone marrow is a precious, difficult-to-obtain specimen, and clinicians often need to extract as many data points as possible from each sample. CLARISPECT consolidates all relevant markers into a single tube, reducing the amount of sample volume required for analysis while also increasing sensitivity.

Sensitivity That Goes Beyond Clinical Standards

Spectral flow cytometry increases sensitivity beyond the capabilities of conventional flow cytometry. CLARISPECT Myeloma MRD can identify as few as 14 neoplastic cells in a population of 5 million analyzed cells with 95% confidence. CLARISPECT provides deep MRD profiling that will identify more patients who have residual disease.

Characterize Immunophenotype Without Original Clone

Spectral flow cytometry reports on the presence of aberrant cell populations and characterizes their immunophenotype without requiring the original clone or previous characterizations.

Assess MRD Efficiently

CLARISPECT assesses MRD with greater efficiency, faster, and at a significantly lower cost to the health system than other MRD assessment methods, such as NGS.
