Retrieve Bags & Boxes

Retrieving allows a national courier to electronically select any unshipped bag(s) or box(es) on their device that another courier has consolidated within the organization.

A courier can then select any unshipped bag(s) or box(es) that have been signed for and consolidated by another courier and complete the pickup.

  1. Select RETRIEVE. The Retrieve screen displays.
  2. Select CONFIRM on the Confirm Retrieval pop-up screen. The retrieving pickups confirmation displays. Select CANCEL to cancel the retrieval.
  3. The Organizations pop-up screen opens. Select all organizations you are associated with.
  4. Select Ok. You are redirected to the main screen on the successful request.
  5. Pick up bag(s) and/or box(es) from your organization to complete the retrieval process.
