Pack a Box
In order to pack a box, you must first submit bags that have been signed for by a client and complete a pick up in the BAG PICKUP section.

- Select PACK BOXES. The Pack Boxes screen displays with the number of unpacked bags.
- Select the scanner icon
to scan the box number or airbill barcode with your mobile device
or
Manually enter the box number or airbill in the Box Number/Airbill field and select Add
. The bags appear in the Unpacked Bags section. - Select the scanner icon
again to re-scan each Bag ID barcode with your mobile device
or
Manually enter the bag ID in the Bag ID field. - Select Pack Bags. The bag is moved from the Unpacked Bags section to the box section below. Do this for each bag you want to include in the box. A confirmation message displays after all bags have been packed in the boxes.
If Non-ARUP bags have been picked up at a courier site, a list of all Non-ARUP bags appears in the Unpacked Bags section.
- Select the menu icon
next to the Non-ARUP bag on the Pack Bags screen. - Select Add Bag. The bag moves from the Unpacked Bags section to the Packed Box section.
- Select the upper right menu
on the Pack Boxes screen. - Select Delete Box. The Confirm Delete Box window opens.
- Select CONFIRM DELETE. Or select CANCEL to cancel the deletion.
Infectious bags can only be added to a box that contains other infectious bags. Each box has a limit of 50 mL of infectious specimen(s).
- Section 1 & 4 boxes can only be packed with bags of the same temperature.
- Section 2 boxes can have refrigerated and room temperature bags packed together.
- Section 2 boxes can have refrigerated and frozen bags packed together.
To delete a bag that has already been picked up and signed for:
- Select the menu icon
next to the bag you want to delete in the Unpacked Bags section. - Select Delete Bag. The Confirm Delete Bag pop-up screen opens.
- Select CONFIRM DELETE. The bag is deleted from the section.
