On Demand Orders
On Demand Orders are created and assigned to Couriers by Admins in their organization so that the orders can be picked up or shipped in a timely manner.
Local and National Admins manage On Demand Orders for all Couriers in their organization so that the orders are correctly logged.
Couriers can add and complete On Demand Orders while in the middle of a route without interrupting other route stops.
- Select the banner at the top of the application.

The Execute Route page opens. If you have already completed the check in process move to Step 4 below. - Select OKAY on the Confirm New Check In pop-up screen.
Note: Select CANCEL to cancel the check in.
The Check In page opens.
- Follow the Check In process.
- The Confirm On Demand Order page opens once you have checked in.
Note: The
icon in the On Demand Orders section indicates an order that needs to be picked up. - Select the menu icon
next to the orders you want to pick up. - Select Acknowledge Order
. A confirmation banner displays and the Select On Demand Order page opens. - Select Pickup Order
. The Execute Route page opens. - Select the
icon to pick up some bags. The Pickup Bags page opens. - Follow the Pick Up Bags process.
Note: If the Drop Off Location is not set, the location is set to ARUP Specimen Processing by default after saving the bags.
- Select Complete Pickup
. The Pickup Verification pop-up screen displays. - Select YES. The Client Badge page opens.
- Enter your badge number in the Badge Number field. Couriers can enter alphanumeric characters in the Badge Number field.
- Select Save Badge Number
. A confirmation banner displays and the Execute Route page opens.Select the upper right menu
if you are continuing on with a route.
