Check In & Check Out

If an organization's administrator has enabled the Inspection Log feature, Couriers are required to check in to the application on a daily basis and provide required information. Couriers have 72 hours to check out, but organization administrators can check them out, if needed.

Check In

Couriers are directed to the Check In screen after selecting Execute Route on the main application screen.

  1. Select EXECUTE ROUTE. The Check In screen displays.

Note: If a Courier has already checked in, then the Select Route screen displays.

  2. Enter the vehicle number in the Vehicle Number field.
  3. Enter the starting mileage in the Vehicle Mileage Start field. The Check In button is now available.
  4. Enter any comments in the Remarks field. This is optional.
  5. Select the Vehicle Inspection drop-down menu if any issues with the vehicle have been identified. Select all applicable checkboxes. This is optional.
  6. Select Check In. Upon successful check in, you are directed to the Select Route screen.
  7. Select and start a route and complete the execute route process.

Check Out

Couriers have between 13 and 72 hours to check out from a pick up. After 72 hours a Courier is forced to check out.

  1. Select the upper right menu on the Execute Route screen.
  2. Select Check Out. The Check Out screen displays.
  3. Enter the ending mileage in the Vehicle Mileage End field.
  4. Enter any comments in the Remarks field. This is optional.
  5. Enter the vehicle checker's name or badge number in the Vehicle Checker Name/Badge Number field. Couriers can enter alphanumeric characters in the Badge Number field.
  6. Select Start Vehicle Inspection.
  7. Go through all the inspection questions and select Continue Vehicle Inspection for each option.
  8. Select Check Out. You are returned to the main application screen.
