Consolidate Bags & Boxes
Consolidating allows a courier to electronically send bag and box data from their device to their organization so that another courier can retrieve the bag/box data.
This consolidates any bags or boxes that a courier has picked up or packed and has signed for.
- Select CONSOLIDATE. The Consolidate screen displays.
- Select CONFIRM on the Confirm Consolidation pop-up screen. The transmitting confirmation displays. Select CANCEL to cancel the consolidation.
Important: All bag/box data is removed from your device when confirming a consolidation.
- The Organizations pop-up screen opens. Select all organizations you are associated with.
- Select Ok. You are redirected to the main screen on the successful request.
If no client pickups are found when you attempt to consolidate the No Pickups Completed pop-up screen displays. You must complete a client pickup before you can send it to your organization.
- Select ACKNOWLEDGE on the No Pickups Completed pop-up screen. You are redirected to the Execute Route screen.
- Complete the execute a route process to start the consolidate process.
