eInvoice Help

Because invoices contain Protected Health Information (PHI), the files are posted to eInvoice, a secure ARUP Connect™ location. These invoice files remain on the eInvoice page for 12 months. To access eInvoice, go to Finance > eInvoice.

On the eInvoice page, you can do the following:

• Download invoices in Excel, PDF, or CSV format
• View invoice payment details
• Make an online payment for ARUP invoices
