Register a Courier

An Admin at the courier site creates user accounts so that couriers can access the application on their mobile device.

Note: Only Admins can register couriers and create user accounts.

1. Select the upper left menu .
2. Select Register User. The Register User screen opens.
3. Select the Organizations field. The Organizations pop-up screen opens.
4. Select all organizations the user is associated with and select Ok.
5. Enter the user's email address and name. If the email address is a non aruplab.com email address then you must enter a username in the Username field. The Username field is hidden when an aruplab.com email address is entered.

   Note: The username must be between 5-20 characters, and the first and last name must each be between 3-50 characters.

6. Optional. If the courier requires administration access select the Administration Access option.
7. Select Save.

Note: Select the Save and add another option to add more than one new courier account.

After the courier account is created they will receive an email to their registered email account to finish setting up their account.

Note: When entering an email address with uppercase and lowercase characters the characters are automatically converted to lowercase after the profile is saved.
