View order activity

  1. On the Pending tab or in patient search results (accessed on the Patient Search tab), select Ordered or the expand icon in the test row to expand the order tracker.
  2. Select View Order Activity.
  3. The Order Activity Log opens and displays a list of all completed activities for the order.

Note: Once a test has been canceled, the Add/Cancel Request and Send a Fax options are no longer available and do not display.
