Available reports

The ARUP Critical Call Log Report provides information about all critical calls (up to three years of data is available).
This report shows the following:
- ARUP Accession Number, Patient Name, and the Ordered Test.
- Collection date and time.
- Result and Critical Notification information.

The Custom Hotline Index report provides a comparison between your utilization history (last 12 or 24 months) and the tests included in the quarterly Hotline. The information may be used as a tool to determine which tests ordered by your facility will have updates in the quarterly Hotline.
This report shows the following:
- A list of tests changing in the Hotline (based on your past ordering history).
- A list of new tests and tests that have been made inactive with the Hotline.
- A matrix that clearly details tests that had a change in name, methodology, scheduling, specimen requirements, reference interval, interpretive data, note, CPT code, component change, interface.
Notes:
- Go to the ARUP website to get more detailed information about the test changes. If you have questions regarding the information contained in this report, please contact your Business Development Manager.
- Information for Immediate Hotline changes are not contained in this report.

The Exception Handling Report shows orders and specimens held by ARUP for issues including (but not limited to):
- Specimen identification.
- Test cancellations for insufficient volume, inappropriate sample type, stability or temperature violations.
- Approval for testing with the use of a disclaimer.
- Clarification of specimen type, media, collection duration, etc.
- Alternative testing.
- Missing required information.

The Public Health Report provides all public health reporting information for a selected date range.
The report can be generated as Basic
or Detailed, depending on
the amount of information you want to view.

The Quality Assurance Report provides a resource for clients to monitor laboratory reference services.
This reports documents reported occurrences and includes patient information, processes involved, and ARUP's responses to the following:
- Tests not performed due to ARUP error.
- Testing/reporting delayed due to ARUP error.
- Result reports corrected due to ARUP error.
- Any client concerns.
Note: New data is released on the 10th day of each month.

The Turnaround Time Report provides a list of turnaround times (TAT) for all tests ordered.
The report contains the following information:
- Total percent summary of tests ordered that met the published ARUP turnaround time.
- Test number, name and published ARUP turnaround time for each test ordered.
- Volume of specific test ordered.
- Average turnaround time of specific test ordered.
- Number and percent of the specific test ordered that met published ARUP turnaround time.
Note: New data is released on the 2nd day of each month.

The Utilization Report provides test ordering information for a single client or a group of clients. The report shows monthly test volumes for each test and also aggregate volumes for the date range specified. You may sort the report by test name, test number, or volume.
