Register Patient

If the patient is not already in the system, a message displays that the patient does not exist in the system and displays fields to register a new patient . Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required, all other fields are optional. The patient demographics you enter are saved in the system and will be retrieved for subsequent visits for this patient. Press the Tab key to move to the next field as you enter data.

Note:  Character limitations have been implemented on the First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, and Suffix fields.

• First Name field = 30 characters
• Middle Name field = 30 characters
• Last Name field = 100 characters
• Suffix field = 10 characters
