Dr. McMillin is an associate professor of pathology at the University of Utah School of Medicine. Dr. McMillin received her PhD in pharmacology and toxicology from the University of Utah, completed a clinical chemistry fellowship at the University of Utah, and is certified by the American Board of Clinical Chemistry in clinical chemistry and toxicological chemistry.

Medical Director, Toxicology Laboratory
Dr. Johnson-Davis is an assistant professor of pathology at the University of Utah School of Medicine. Dr. Johnson-Davis received her PhD in pharmacology at the University of Utah, completed a clinical chemistry fellowship at the University of Utah, and was a postdoctoral research associate at the Center of Human Toxicology at the University of Utah. Dr. Johnson-Davis is certified by the American Board of Clinical Chemistry in clinical chemistry. -

Dr. Strathmann is an assistant professor of pathology at the University of Utah School of Medicine. Dr. Strathmann received his PhD in pathology and laboratory medicine at the University of Rochester in New York, completed a clinical chemistry fellowship at the University of Washington in Seattle, and is certified by the American Board of Clinical Chemistry in clinical chemistry and toxicological chemistry.

Michael D. Alger, Jr.
Technical Sales Specialist - Pain Management
Mike Alger has over 20 years of clinical and toxicology sales and marketing experience to the hospital, corporate, and physician office markets. His role at ARUP is to support hospital laboratory clients provide drug testing to clinics engaged in behavioral health, addiction medicine, and the management of chronic pain. Mr. Alger's responsibilities include identification of clinically effective and cost-conscious solutions for clients through collaborative interactions, and the facilitation of dialog between client and ARUP's medical and technical teams. He also leads strategic initiatives, including the harmonization of drug testing and pharmacogenetic information. Mr. Alger received his BBA from University of Memphis and the Fogelman School of Business and Economics.
