Specimen Required: Collect: Tissue.

Storage/Transport Temperature: Paraffin-embedded, formalin-fixed tissue block at 20-25°C. Protect paraffin block from excessive heat. Ship in cooled container during summer months.

Remarks: If paraffin block is unavailable to send, submit 12 unfixed tissue sections on "plus" charged or silanized slides.

Unacceptable Conditions: Samples fixed in formalin substitute.
