Specimen Required:	Collect: Random urine. Specimen Preparation: Transfer 2 mL urine with no additives or preservatives to an ARUP Standard Transport Tube. (Min: 1 mL) Storage/Transport Temperature: Room temperature. Unacceptable Conditions: Specimens exposed to repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Stability (collection to initiation of testing): Ambient: 1 week; Refrigerated: 1 month; Frozen: 3 years

Interpretive Data:	Methodology: LC-MS/MS Drugs covered: Buprenorphine, norbuprenorphine, buprenorphine glucuronide (qualitative only), norbuprenorphine glucuronide (qualitative only), and naloxone. Positive cutoff: Buprenorphine: 2 ng/mL Norbuprenorphine: 2 ng/mL Buprenorphine glucuronide: 5 ng/mL Norbuprenorphine glucuronide: 5 ng/mL Naloxone 50 ng/mL For medical purposes only; not valid for forensic use.
