Transport: 2 mL serum, frozen on dry ice. (Min: 0.5 mL) Submit sample in an ARUP Standard Transport Tube.

Remarks: CRITICAL FROZEN.  Separate samples must be submitted when multiple tests are ordered. Separate cells from serum ASAP.
