Transport: 2 mL serum, frozen.  (Min: 0.5 mL) Submit sample in an ARUP Standard Transport Tube.

Remarks: CRITICAL FROZEN.  Separate samples must be submitted when multiple tests are ordered.  Must be separated from clot and frozen at -70°C or on dry ice within 2 hours of draw.
