Transport: 1 mL serum or plasma at 2-8°C. (Min: 0.4 mL) Submit specimen in an ARUP Standard Transport Tube. Remarks: Avoid use of separator tubes and gels. Stability: After separation from cells: Ambient: 6 weeks; Refrigerated: 6 weeks; Frozen: 3 months (avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles) |
