Collect: One 10 mL serum separator tube.
Storage/Transport Temperature: 4 mL serum at 2-8°C. (Min: 1.5 mL) Submit specimen in an ARUP Standard Transport Tube.
Remarks: If transport time is greater than four days, freeze specimen.
Unacceptable Conditions: Frozen serum separator tubes.
Stability (collection to initiation of testing): Ambient: Unacceptable; Refrigerated: 1 week; Frozen: 28 days at -20°C and 1 year at -70°C.
