Collect: One 5 mL lavender (EDTA).  Samples must be collected and frozen within 15 minutes.

Transport: 4 mL plasma, frozen.  (Min: 2.0 mL)  CRITICAL - Protect from light.  Submit sample in an ARUP Amber Transport Tube.

Remarks: CRITICAL FROZEN.

Unacceptable Conditions: Ambient or refrigerated samples.  Grossly hemolyzed, lipemic or samples not protected from light.
