Remarks: CRITICAL FROZEN. Separate specimens must be submitted when multiple tests are ordered. Separate plasma from cells and freeze ASAP.

Unacceptable Conditions: Nonfrozen specimens.

Stability (collection to initiation of testing): After separation from cells: Ambient: 2 hours; Refrigerated: Unacceptable; Frozen: 2 months
