#ExistTransport>Transport: Fluid from abraded lesion or body fluid in a sterile container, sterile syringe, sealed microcapillary tube, or on a moist covered slide. Specimens must arrive at ARUP within 30 minutes from collection time at 20-25°C. Call ARUP's Bacteriology Laboratory at (801) 583-2787, ext. 2248 or 2169 to notify that specimen is being sent.
