Specimen Required: Collect:  One 10 mL serum separator tube.

Transport:  Three 1 mL aliquot tubes serum, frozen. (Min: 0.5 mL per tube)  Submit specimens in three ARUP Standard Transport Tubes.

Pediatric Collection/Transport:  0.5 mL serum, frozen.

Remarks:  CRITICAL FROZEN.  Three separate specimens must be submitted. Separate serum from cells and freeze ASAP.

Unacceptable Conditions:  Nonfrozen specimens.
