Storage/Transport Temperature: Refrigerated.

Remarks: Separate serum from cells ASAP.

Unacceptable Conditions: Hemolyzed specimens.

Stability (collection to initiation of testing): After separation from cells: Ambient: 8 hours; Refrigerated: 8 days; Frozen: 3 months
