Storage/Transport Temperature:Peripheral Blood: 5 mL whole blood and six unfixed smears. Transport at 20-25°C. Send Sunday-Thursday only. Minimum volume required: 1 mL whole blood and six well-prepared unfixed smears. Transport at 20-25 Degrees C. Send Sunday-Thursday only.
Remarks: Whole blood EDTA slides preferred.Specimens must be received within 24 hours of collection. Testing must be performed within 48 hours of collection.
