Specimen Preparation: Protect from light during collection, storage, and shipment. Transfer 0.8 mL serum or plasma to an ARUP Amber Transport Tube. (Min: 0.2 mL)

Storage/Transport Temperature: Refrigerated.

Stability (collection to initiation of testing): After separation from cells: Ambient: 4 hours; Refrigerated: 1 week; Frozen: 6 months (if protected from light)
