Upon receipt of registration and payment, a confirmation letter with information on transportation, lodging, and in-person registration will be sent to you in approximately .  Please allow 7–10 days.

The meeting will be held at the Snow King Resort. Transportation

The Snow King Resort has shuttle service from the airport to and from the hotel. The town is within easy walking distance from the hotel.
