Jeffrey J. Swensen, PhD

Dr. Swensen is an assistant medical director in the Molecular Genetics Department at ARUP and an assistant professor of pathology (clinical) at the University of Utah School of Medicine. Dr. Swensen received his PhD in medical informatics with a specialization in genetic epidemiology from the University of Utah, where he also completed a fellowship in clinical molecular genetics. He is a member of the American Society of Human Genetics. His current research interests include hereditary cancer predisposition syndromes and hemoglobinopathies.
